Fashion’s Biggest Night Out was a blast and the dresses were Oh My God! as usual. As several celebrities walk down the red carpet we have listed out some of the highlights from the event. Â
From Blake Lively’s most iconic dress which was a transformable gown to Alicia Keys’ cape featuring her legendary song title “New York” City Skyline beautifully sparkling just like it does during the night. And Natasha Poonawalla’s Goddess in Gold represented more than the culture to Kim Kardashian’s most expensive fit in the world and more. Â
Each year the Met Gala puts forth a theme and this year was Gilded Glamour. And without any disappointments from the A-listers attending the whole event was a huge success yet again. Even though previously many celebrities like Rihanna pointed out how a few stars did not adhere to the whole concept of this theme.
The first and foremost moment that caught everyone’s attention at the Met Gala 2022 was Alicia Keys cape represented New York City as she wore a silver gown and black cape by Ralph Lauren embroidered with the Manhattan skyline. That silver gown twinkled like the stars at night just like how New York usually sparkles during the nighttime. Â
We must have to talk about Blake Lively’s Versace gown that transformed from copper pink to aqua blue. Accompanied by her husband Ryan Reynolds who wore a dazzling suit. It had beaded embellishment all over, a long train, and a huge bow. She donned matching gloves and a tiara, looking like Lady Liberty!Â
And to the iconic starrer Kim Kardashian wore the most expensive dress of all. The skims founder accompanied by her boyfriend Pete Davidson was a picture to behold. Her tribute was to Marilyn Monroe in what is said to be the most expensive dress in the world is kept in a Museum when none of them have been worn. She even dyed her hair blonde and had a white fur coat.Â
The next one in line is Natasha Poonawalla’s Gold Sabyasachi sari with a sheer trail. She had gold shimmered on her hair and the metallic ensemble of a bustier, bangles, and more giving it an ethnic Goddess look. Â
