19-year-old TikTok star, Cooper Noriega was found dead at a mall in Los Angeles. Investigations by the LAPD are underway.
Born on 28th June 2002, Cooper Noriega was a TikTok sensation with over 1.77M followers on the platform. He shared equal popularity on Instagram with a whooping 427K following. Sharing the likes of Nessa Barret and Jxdn, Cooper had established himself as a famous personality on both the platforms. He was best known for his lip-syncing videos and skateboarding videos.
He was last seen in a YouTube video titled, ‘Cooper Noriega Knows All Secrets – BFFS. EP. 84 with Mikayla Nogueira. Fans and well-wishers of Cooper have expressed their disappointment at his treatment by Josh Richards who is a host of the show. His disrespectful attitude towards Cooper was not well received by fans, who believe Cooper’s mental health took a detour after this.

In a shocking turn on events, Cooper Noriega was discovered dead in the premise of a parking lot at a mall in Los Angeles. According to reports no signs of violence was detected. Investigations are currently underway and the accurate cause of death is yet to be identified. After autopsy the cause of death was not identifiable and the medical examiner requested for further investigation.
Just hours before TMZ broke the news, Cooper Noriega posted a video of himself talking about death. In the video Cooper posts a message, “Who else b thinking they gon die young af.” The news of his death has sent a shockwave through his fans and friends in the industry.
Speculations of his death started spreading when TMZ broke the news to their platform. It was followed by the BFFs tribute post to Cooper which confirmed the worry of his fans. Soon condolences took over Twitter, Instagram and TikTok as his fans, well-wishers and friends mourned his untimely death.
The death of this young star, Cooper Noriega was truly unpredictable. A huge advocate of Mental Health, he formed a Discord Group for his followers. It was a safe space where one could talk about their mental health and support each other.
His goal was to build a space to spread awareness and normalize talking about mental health. As someone who struggled with addiction, Cooper wanted to use his influence to talk about mental health. He wished to open a rehab where people wouldn’t be traumatized and the staff workers could be trusted.
