SHANGHAI CHEMICAL PLANT FIRE
A massive fire broke out at a petrochemical plant named SINOPEC SHANGHAI PETROCHEMICAL CO, outlaying Jinshan district around evening in Shanghai, China.
Shanghai: Shanghai government today announced an enquiry into a massive chemical plant fire that killed one and badly wounded some of them. This is the first time crucial industrial explosion at the china city, Shanghai.
