Mumbai police is going to launch an initiative for missing children to reunite with their parents. The title of the program is “Operation reunited”. The operation will be started from 15th august, on the 75th independence day ,and will continue till 15th September.

Mumbai Police asked for help from the citizens to make this initiative successful. They told the citizens to find the missing child to help them. And the they will find the parents of those missing child. They also told them to call on the helpline number 100 ,1098 about the missing children or any children whoever found in suspicious condition. The police have also open a portal where citizens will find the missing child photos and if the citizens find anyone of those children they post the photo of the children on the portal.
Missing cases in India:– Missing child cases is a common cases in India. And Mumbai is very well known place for this .Many people have lost their child in Mumbai. And maximum among them are girls .many of them have came back home after a decade. Due to these kind of reason to take the initiative to find the child and get them back to their family. They said that a large number of cases remain unsolved every year so they took the initiative to resolve the cases. They are going to conduct a campaign at the station.
Aims :-The Mumbai police main mission is to find the missing child under age 18.They aware the citizens that if they saw any child under 18 is working any Hotel,house or anywhere immediately inform the police station they will look after the matter. This is a great initiative take by the Mumbai police. Even they have told every police station to look into the unsolved missing cases and investigate it.This will be the special initiative for independence day.
