Amidst ignited wrath of Liquor and Excise policy incidents, Delhi’s Chief Minister has come up with a statement addressing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He deliberately stated that the Central Government is ‘fighting with the whole country’ instead of ‘fighting inflation and unemployment”.
Meanwhile, BJP has warned Kejriwal and foisted that “Handcuffs are getting close”, highlighting that Arvind Kejriwal (Chief Minister of Delhi) is the “Kingpin” of the excise scam.
Gaurav Bhatia, BJP spokesperson believes that according to AAP the 2024 polls will be between Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) but everybody is aware of what happened in Goa, UP, and Uttarakhand.
LOC ignited war
Sisodia has claimed that there’s no Lookout circular (LOC) issued against him. He stated that circulars were issued against the eight individuals whose names were mentioned in the FIR.
Amidst the continuous lookouts and raids, Sisodia while hitting Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he was roaming ‘Freely in Delhi’ and called the look-out notice a nautanki.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) later clarified that no lookout has been issued against Sisodia, “as of now”. And the due process is to be followed before issuing a LOC.
AAP VS BJP VS CONGRESS?
On Sunday, August 21, Congress demanded the resignation of Manish Sisodia. They affirmed that AAP has been trying to hide behind the education point system to cover the mess they have caused.
Congress has staged a protest against AAP. The protesters marched from the Delhi Congress office at DDU Marg towards AAP headquarters raising slogans against Kejriwal and Sisodia.
Congress also tried to mix the BJP’s name in the matter. According to Congress, BJP’s complicity in the matter should be questioned as well. The Madhya Pradesh Company turns out to be a significant donor to the BJP, the same company was allotted liquor ends in Delhi.
Sisodia has retaliated against the outgoing BJP. He targeted the government saying that AAP is not scared of the investigation but if investigations are to be carried out it should go both ways.
CBI should also investigate the alleged scam of the Bundelkhand Expressway construction. The expressway developed cracks within five days of its inauguration.
Sisodia said that ‘the scams being alleged by BJP leaders were nothing but shagufe (lies)’
The leaders of the two parties are continuously seen ridiculing and mocking each other with several unacceptable statements. Anurag Thakur (Union Minister) took it out on AAP and said that the real face of the party has been unmasked and referred to the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi as “Money shh”.
Kejriwal on the other hand aggressively replied by announcing his tour to the PM’s home state, Gujarat. AAP has also vented that the Prime Minister has been misusing India’s resources to ‘harass’ Delhi Government.
Being a member of AAP, Sisodia has confided in his party and he is quite sure that AAP would emerge as a very confident and substantial opposition to Modi-led BJP, in the 2024 Lok sabha polls.
Parvesh Verma, BJP’s MLA, has ascertained on the said comment that claims made by four people should not be taken seriously. The four members are, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Sanjay Singh, Atishi, and Raghav Chadha.
Sharing a video of himself with Delhi’s school children, Sisodia gave out a message that no conspiracy can stop Arvind Kejriwal and him from doing good for these children.
The entire scam followed by orchestrated Lookout has been unravelling various aspects of the political stances which relate to the 2024 elections. And no clear image has come out related to the scam row.
