Liverpool FC has recently revealed their latest away kit for the upcoming 2024-24 season, and fans can already secure their orders. This new kit draws inspiration from the iconic 1995-96 away shirt, a time when legendary figures like Ian Rush led the team as captain and the immensely talented Robbie Fowler dominated as the top goalscorer. The modern rendition of this classic design captures the essence of that era while incorporating contemporary elements, resulting in a fresh and exciting strip for the upcoming season.
The newly unveiled away jersey for Liverpool FC’s 2024-24 season features a distinctive design that pays homage to the club’s history. The kit showcases a green and white quarter pattern, complemented by a black collar and cuffs.
Completing the kit are black shorts, black name and number detailing, and white socks with black and green trim. A significant and heartfelt tribute is present at the nape of the neck, where the 97 emblems, symbolizing the year of the Hillsborough disaster, are encased by the Eternal Flames. This serves as a poignant reminder of the lives tragically lost and stands as a tribute to the children, women, and men affected by the tragedy.
Liverpool FC’s men’s team is set to debut the new away kit during their pre-season tour in Singapore, specifically in a match against Leicester City. On the other hand, the women’s team will also showcase the kit during their pre-season matches in late August.
Both the stadium and match jerseys feature Nike’s Dri-FIT technology, designed to provide optimal cooling and comfort during intense games and training sessions.
In alignment with LFC’s sustainability program, The Red Way, the Nike kit is crafted with sustainability in mind. The on-pitch and replica jerseys are constructed using 100% recycled polyester fabric, which is derived from recycled plastic bottles. This initiative aligns with Nike’s broader Move to Zero campaign, with football apparel leading the way in promoting sustainability within the industry.

The new Liverpool FC away kit will be available in various sizes, including men’s, women’s, and junior sizes. It will be offered in both match and stadium versions. Fans will have the option to personalize their jerseys with the brand-new Premier League name and number. During the pre-order and launch phase, the current squad lists will be used for printing on the new away jersey, with the full 2024-24 squad lists confirmed before the start of the season. Continuing the tradition of previous seasons, the club is extending a 10% discount on the price of the new kits to all LFC Official Members and season ticket holders. This discount is also applicable to UK key workers through Blue Light and Network, as well as students through Student Beans.
