Emergency; A Retelling of Indira Gandhi’s Story
Actress Kangana Ranaut turned producer and director for her next Emergency. This is her second time directing her film, post-Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. The teaser of the film was recently released. It is being produced by Manikarnika Films. Her incredible transformation has been orchestrated by the maestro David Malinowski. His previous ventures include The Batman (2022) and The Darkest Hour (2017).
The political drama promises to take the audience through the period of the National Emergency declared by Indira Gandhi. The role of the former Indian Prime Minister is being played by the Queen actress, Kangana Ranaut.

She has her next production venture Tiku Weds Sheru starring Avneet Kaur and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Tejas directed by Sarvesh Mewara marks her playing the role of an Indian Air Force Officer. It also stars Varun Mitra and Anshul Chauhan.
