AR Rahman’s soundtrack for MiMi ‘Param Sundari’ was submitted to the 64th Grammy Awards.
Two times Academy and Grammy Awards winner, AR Rahman has again marked his talent on the global charts with his ‘Param Sundari’ soundtrack in the movie MiMi.
Today, AR Rahman shared the billboard charts tweet listing the songs on this week’s Global 200 excl US Chart, congratulating the singer Shreya Ghoshal, actress Kriti Sanon, actor Pankaj Tripathi, director Laxman Utekar, Choreographer Ganesh Acharya, lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya and other team members of the song.
On 19th October, Rahman had tweeted the news of the selection of his soundtrack for the visual media MiMi to the 64th Grammy Awards.
Shreya Ghoshal wrote, “That is a wonderful news!” expressing her excitement for her sung song making to the global. The multiple-award holder singer already rules over the billions of hearts of India.
Kriti Sanon also congratulated AR Rahman. The star actor of MiMi Kriti Sanon has performed on Rahman’s song in the movie. Sanon is an engineer turned actor and has worked in both Hindi and other Language Cinemas in India.
The movie MiMi and its songs had melted many hearts with the storyline and tune full of emotions, inspiration, talent, relatability, breaking social taboo considered topics, according to the Indian audience. Touching performance, delivering a side of parenthood that is often overlooked, is beautifully portrayed in the movie.

MiMi, starring Kriti Sanon, Pankaj Tripathi, Supriya Pathak and other talented actors, is an Indian Comedy-Drama genre movie released on 26th July 2021. It is a story about a local dancer MiMi Rathore who decides to become a surrogate mother for an American couple in exchange for Rs. 20 Lakhs to fulfil her dream to become a Bollywood actress.
