Aryan Khan can travel internationally as the court releases his passport.
Famous actor or Bollywood’s King Khan or Shah Rukh Khan’s son is now allowed to travel outside of India. He is now allowed for international travel as the Mumbai Court released his passport on Wednesday.
Shah Rukh Khan’s son was arrested in the year 2021 in connection with the case of drugs named drugs-on-cruise.
The charge sheet which was submitted by the NCB or Narcotics Control Bureau on the 27th May in the year 2021 includes the name of the famous actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son.
There were around 14 people taken in the charge out of which there was no evidence against the 6 of them.
The rest of the names of the people also include Aryan Khan and his friends like Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra and Ismeet Singh.
All were detained for questioning.
At the age of 23, Aryan Khan’s name was included in a drug racket case and got arrested for the same on the 3rd October of the year 2021. Aryan Khan was in custody for over three weeks.
As per the NCB’s charge sheet, the charge sheet submitted in the special court of Mumbai had no name of Aryan Khan. Later on, on 28th October in the year 2021, the Bombay High Court granted the bail of Aryan Khan. Aryan then released from the Arthur Road Jail after executing a cash bond of one lakh rupees with one or two sureties.
Aryan now gets the clean chit from the court and cancels the bail bond and the passport of Aryan also released by the court of Mumbai. The court of Mumbai on the day of Wednesday permanently gave the passport.
A special court under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act in Mumbai directed the court registry to hand over Khan’s passport to him. It can be said that Aryan got clean chit from the drugs-on-cruise case.
