Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra’s son, Ashish Mishra, wandered out of jail on February 15 in the evening after being granted bail in the Lakhimpur Kheri case.
Ashish Mishra who had been accused in a hit and run case is out on bail.
Last October 3, a caravan of three SUVs ran over a group of protesting farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri. Unfortunately, four farmers died and a journalist, while several others were injured.
These are the name of dead persons Daljeet Singh (35), Nachattar Singh (60), Gurvinder Singh (19), Lovepreet Singh (20), and a journalist, Raman Kashyap (30). It also includes a Thar, which Ajay Mishra owns.
Two BJP leaders were killed in the same violence, Shubham Mishra (26) and Shyam Sunder (40). Even the driver of the Thar vehicle, Hariom Mishra, was also killed. Later the mob has set fire on the two cars, including the Thar.
Ashish Mishra has been accused in the case. After fulfilling all the bail conditions, the Allahabad High Court let him out of prison. The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court granted him bail and also pronounced that “no firearm injury” was found on anyone.
