Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin signed legislation that bans gender-affirming medical practices in the country on Monday. China’s deliveries to Russia came under the global spotlight when a top French diplomat commented on how it could be used by the latter in its war with Ukraine, at the Aspen Security Forum on Thursday. Recently coronated King Charles III will receive a massive pay rise with the government’s decision to boost public funding of the monarch by 45% from 2025. The review of the royal funding settlement published by the Treasury of the UK on Thursday revealed that the monarchy’s grant will rise from £86m to £125m.
