With efforts to improve the status of women in Afghanistan followed by moves to roll them back, their rights have always been a subject of debate and conflict in the war-torn country. The quadrilateral followed the bilateral meeting between External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Yair Lapid, Israel’s Alternate Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. India’s External Affairs Minister, Dr S.
