Facebook to shut its ‘facial recognition’ feature

The firm said the move is in response to growing concerns over its technology that recognises people in photos and videos.  In a statement on November 2, Tuesday, the social media giant said that it will stop its ‘facial recognition’ system amid growing concerns from users and regulators.
