On Saturday, a historical agreement took place among five groups of insurgents of the Karbi Anglong region, centre and Assam Government at New Delhi to resolve the dispute in the Karbi Anglong region. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who witnessed the occasion, said the Pact would bring peace and development in Karbi Anglong. The construction of the film city project is likely to start in January 2022 by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath near Noida, said state government officials on Monday. To construct a public-private partnership model at an estimated cost of Rs 6,000 crore, the project is recommended to appear in Sector 21 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) in Gautam Budh Nagar district. On Monday, the finance minister announced the National Monetisation Program, a four-year plan to raise a net worth of Rs 6 lakh crore.
