On Wednesday, the highly anticipated new trailer for Avatar: The Way of Water was released on all social networking sites. The trailer consists of some immensely breathtaking underwater battle scenes and a look into the world of Pandora.
The movie is produced by Cameron and Jon Landau.
The cast includes Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Stephen Lang, Sigourney Weaver, Cliff Curtis, Kate Winslet, Joel David Moore, Edie Falco, CCH Pounder, and Jemaine Clement.
The trailer takes us back to the fantasy world of Pandora where VFX immerse us in an underwater world. Neytiri (Saldana) is pregnant now. Jake Sully (Worthington) is now a father. However, things start to go tense for the Sully family when they see the threat of human invasion once again.
This movie will be the sequel to Avatar, which was released in 2009. The movie directed by the Oscar-winning James Cameron went on to collect USD 2.84 billion across the globe. It became the highest-grossing film of all time at the global box office.
Interestingly the highest-grosser record was temporary with the Avenger’s Endgame but the re-release of Avatar left it behind.
