Bill gates is not a fan of cryptos or NFTs for a long time. He calls Cryptos and NFTs as ‘Greater fool theory. Greater fool theory means as long as investors are willing to pay for an overpriced asset.
Bill gates personally only invest in tangible assets or a company which produces products. He also said he has not spent a penny on any of the crypto or NFTs.
Bill Gates said he is always wary of suspicious ways designed to avoid taxation or bypass any government taxes. He likes to be an old-fashioned guy who invests in tangible assets or a company.
Bill gates couldn’t come at the right time as Bitcoin cryptocurrencies are crashing. Bitcoin is currently standing around $23000 on Tuesday which is almost 1/3 of what it was in November 2021. Bitcoin hits its highest ever value in November 2021 at $69000.
Bill Gates believes that it was one thing that tesla invest in bitcoin but it’s different for everyone else. He believes people are manias who bought crypto, especially those who don’t have much money to spare.
In the last 30 days, NFTs are also going on a downward trajectory by 50%. Blue-chip NFTs are considered the most popular NFTs by market evaluations.
Some of the blue-chip NFTs are CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), Mutual Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) and Moonbirds. These NFTs took a heavy blow in these last 30 Days. Their market value got down around 50%.
Crypto and NFTs are risky investments. Investing in them is a risk when you don’t have enough spare money to spend.
Investing in tangible assets and companies is far safer than Crypto and NFTs. But investigate and assess the company and assets before investing.
