Shane Warne, a popular former Australian cricketer and legendary leg-spin bowler, died on Friday (March 4) of a ‘suspected heart attack’ at the age of 52.
He died due to a suspected heart attack.
The management team of the cricketer issued an official statement stating that he died in Koh Samui, Thailand. The statement said,
“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived.”
Several Bollywood celebrities were tweeted and mourned about his death shortly after the news of his untimely death broke.
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar took to Twitter expressed his grief and grief on the Shan Warne’s death.
Actor Ranveer Singh took to Instagram and posted a photo of the cricketer with a broken heart.
Actors Arjun Kapoor and Shilpa Shetty Kundra also took to their Instagram to share pictures of the legendary cricketer and paid homage to him.
He is survived by his three kids, Brooke, Jackson, Summer as they have asked the fans and media to give them privacy during the grieving times.
Actress Urmila Matondkar was also shocked and expressed her grief over the sudden news as she tweeted,
”Extremely shocking n saddening to hear about the untimely demise of #Cricket legend Shane Warne. Legendary Aussie leg spinner.
