The box office is all set to welcome a trio clash between Mili, Phone Bhoot and Double XL. All three films released today will be locking horns for the full collection at the box office.

The box office will witness a trio clash between Jahnvi Kapoor’s Mili, Katrina Kaif’s Phone Bhoot, and Huma Qureshi’s Double XL today. All these films will be fighting to impress the audience and to have a successful collection in the theatres.
All three films have their own genre and genre-specified audience to impress. It is a tough decision for the audience to select their favorites out of these three, well the one thing that connects the films together is that all three films are family entertainers. Two of them ( Phone Bhoot and Double XL) have a comic genre and Mili is a thriller-suspense.

Jhanvi Kapoor’s Mili is a remake of a Malayalam movie based on the life of a nurse who gets stuck in a freezer and fights hard for her survival. The film is the first time Bonney Kapoor is collaborating with her daughter for the film. The film also has Sunny Kaushal opposite Jhanvi. The film had a good response to the trailer by the audience and the audience is praising Jhanvi’s transformation for the film.

Double XL is a light comic film talking about the issue of body shaming and breaking the stereotypes around women’s bodies. The film discusses the issues fat women face due to their weight. Huma Qureshi and Sonakshi Sinha join hands for this film which portrays two independent women who try to break the stereotypical norms encircling women. The film got a special cameo by Indian Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan in a dream sequence. The film got an appreciative response from the audience.

Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Ishan Khattar starrer Phone Bhoot is a horror-comic feature film based on two ghostbusters, one spirit, and their friendship. The film got an amazing response from the audience and the trio didn’t leave any stone unturned in their promotions. The film also has Jackie Shroff as the antagonist. The film has elements that will clutch the audience.
The three teams started their promotions before Diwali and gathered a lot of audience attention before the release. The theatres would be going wild because these kinds of clashes are rare to watch. All three films have already started their initial collections for day 1 and getting a good response from the audience.
The films are getting responses online from film critics and even the fans are tweeting all good about their favorite films. The collections would be interesting to watch and how the films perform. However, all the films are expected to perform well at the box office. It would be the second release of Jhanvi Kapoor and Katrina Kaif of this year including the OTT platform and theatres.
