Gehraiyaan Shakun Batra’s directorial has become the talk of the Bollywood town ever since the movie was released. Deepika Padukone is currently enjoying the love and success that she received after her last release, ‘Gehraiyaan.’
The actress seems to be in a celebratory mood and hosted a success party for the cast at Bastian Worli restaurant in Mumbai. DP was clicked outside the eatery looking in her stylish best, acing her all-white avatar while waiting for the guests. Â
It depends from person to person. Undoubtedly, the film, which features Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Dhairya Karwa, has caught everyone’s attention for one reason or another. At the same time, some heaped praises on the film; some don’t like adult drama.Â
On Sunday night, Deepika organized a successful bash for the film cast and crew. Serval images from the party have been done rounds the internet.Â
Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and Dhairya Karwa starrer Gehraiyaan have become the most talked-about movies. The movie has received a divided opinion from the audience for its plot.
The film sure has sparked a conversation. Recently, Deepika Padukone hosted a successful bash for the Gehraiyaan team, and the cast sure did make heads turn.
Deepika Padukone made a stunning entry in an all-white outfit. She was wearing a white Dolce Gabbana corset which she paired with white ripped jeans and white pumps. Â
Deepika’s co-star Ananya on the other hand opted for a co-ord pink monotone outfit by Prabal Gurung. She wore a bralette top with bell bottoms and a mini sky blue handbag and completed the look with heels.
Siddhant Chaturvedi seemed to have the  Ranveer Singh effect as he made quite the entrance at the party. Siddhant arrived on his bike wearing a pink printed shirt paired with black jeans and Chelsea boots. He also wore a red glove in one hand and completed the look with a black hat.Â
Director Shakun Batra was also seen outside the restaurant at the success party of his film starring Siddhant, Ananya, and Dhairya Karwa.Â
Gehraiyaan was released on Amazon Prime Video on February 11. The movie focuses on the life of two couples and their complex relationships.
Talking about the criticism Gehraiyaan faced, Deepika had once told Bollywood Bubble in an exclusive chat, ”Hopefully they won’t know when the film is done. Hopefully, by the end of the movie, they will realize that we have been conditioned to think of films like this and conditioned to think of characters like this. Â
The film deals with the dark side of modern relationships and fragile mental health. Deepika plays the role of yoga instructor Alisha, who has her app, while Ananya Panday plays her cousin Tia.
Siddhant is Zain, Tia’sTia’s fiancee, with a roving eye, who is inexplicably attracted to Alisha, even though she is also in a relationship with Karan, played by Dhairya Karwa.
Things begin to unravel after Alisha and Zain begin a torrid affair behind their partners’ backs and cannot cope with overwhelming issues that keep cropping up, forcing the story to take an even darker turn by the second half.Â
The film revolved around Padukone’s character, Alisha, engaging in the act of infidelity with her cousin’s fiance. The film sensitive approaches the topic of love, complex relationships, and guilt.Â
The Gehraiyaan is jointly produced by Dharma Productions, Viacom18 Studios, and Jouska Films. The film also has stars like Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapoor supporting roles. The music of Gehraiyaan is a big hit among the audience. The music and original score are composed by independent musical duo Kabeer Kathpalia (OAFF) and Savera Mehta.
