As per the information, Gangster Goldy Brar who conspired to kill Sidhu Moosewala has been detained in California under anti-terror laws of the US.

Reportedly, Indian Intelligence Agencies have received information from foreign sources regarding this development. It’s suitable to note that Gangster Goldy Brar shifted from Canada to California after a red-corner notice was issued by Punjab Police. Red Corner authorises the arrest and detention of fugitives abroad.


Brar has been under the radar of multiple agencies as he was involved in terror exercises engaging with Khalistani elements in Pakistan as well as the Sidhu Moosewala murder case.

Last month, Brar is the main conspirator in the Dera Sacha Sauda follower’s murder.

Punjab police have named Gangster Goldy Brar as the mastermind behind the Sidhu Moosewala murder case.

Goldy Brar is to be brought back to India soon

Punjab Tourism Minister Anmol Gagan Maan said that Canada– based Gangster Brar is soon to be brought back to India, on December 3.

Maan attended the Military Literature Fest held at Chandigarh Lake Club on Saturday.

The Punjab Minister Maan said,” Soldiers from Punjab have sacrificed their lives for the country. Punjabi soldiers have given a betting reply to foes of the country, it has become a practice of the youth here to migrate to foreign countries. The youth should be motivated to join the army for the country. There should be workshops to motivate the youth.”

She added,” Brar will be brought back to India soon.”

Reportedly, Gangster Brar is to be handed over by FDI soon to the Indian Agencies. Brar was followed by the FBI after he immorally entered the US from Canada.

As per ANI, India has handed all documents against Brar to the US authorities. He’s under constant scanning by the FBI and can not leave the US.

Father of Late Singer Sidhu Moosewala- Balkaur Singh announced a price of Rs. 2 crores at his own expenditure to anyone who’ll hand over Goldy Brar to him.
