The makers of the movie Aashiqui -3 give the official statement on the rumours of casting Jennifer Winget as a lead female role. They said there is no truth to the rumours of the female lead in Aashiqui -3 opposite the Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan. In that, the filmmakers added that they are still searching for the perfect fit for the role and the process is still ongoing as well. They said they are at a very early stage and that they are still coming up with ideas for the movie.Â
The filmmakers of the movie Aashiqui -3 said that they are also eagerly waiting for the finalization of the female lead-like audiences and when it will be finalized they will be happy to share that with all the fans as soon as possible.
On the rumours of the female lead, the trade analyst Tarun Adarsh shared a tweet writing that no leading lady is finalized for Aashiqui -3. At that time the Bollywood actor Gulshan Devaiah wrote that he offered himself the position of the leading lady and said Dhamaka Hardinge dono Bhai milk pitcher may like ke le lo. It seems like Gulshan wants to work with Kartik Aaryan.
