A Mexican-American woman was arrested after her video of abusing a group of four Indian women went viral on social media.
She was seen asking the women to go back to India.
This incident took place in a parking lot in Texas’s Dallas.
“I hate you Indians. All these Indians come to America because they want a better life,” she was seen saying to the ladies.
She used cusses repeatedly and even physically assaulted them.
The woman, who has now been arrested, said she was Mexican, but born in America. One of the Indian women asked her, “How do you know we are not Americans?”
To this the lady, holding strong emotions against Indians replied, “because of your accent.”
The victim was recording the video throughout. She, and her friends, were calm and very polite to the racist woman.
The recorder’s son posted this video, after which it went viral, with the caption – “this incident occurred in Dallas, Texas, after my mom and her three friends went to dinner.”
“Everywhere I go… you Indians are everywhere,” the woman said. The Indian lady kept requesting her to stop making racial slurs, but all in vain.
The Mexican-American woman also started hitting the Indians. She was smacking them against their head, pushing them, while continuously cursing them.
She asked them, “If life in India is so good, then why are you here?”
Towards the end, when the Indian lady would not stop recording, she said, “Turn that goddamn phone off, or I swear to God, I’ll f****** shoot your ass,” and pretended to take a gun out of her purse.
She has been arrested and charged with assault, bodily injury, and terroristic threats and is held on a bound amount of USD 10,000.
