The Government of India doesn’t seem to be happy with the surge in the anti-India movement in Canada and the United Kingdom. The Narendra Modi-led government is closely keeping an eye on the rise in Sikh protests going in Canada, and attacks on the Hinduism symbols in the UK and Canada.
The reaction of the Canadian government has been hypocritical until now as they stated that it was the fundamental right to protest and assemble lawfully.
While the Indian government has raised concerns over the recent attacks on the Hindu Community symbols, it is also observing how British security has not done anything to curb the funding for the Sikh separatist group in the UK.
