In three days, India beat Sri Lanka and put them out of their misery. India won the series 2-0 and has now won 15 Tests in a row at home, a record.

India won the first Test at Mohali by an innings of 222 runs, but they were bowled out in the second session. At home, India has won 15 Tests in a row. They were bowled out for 238 runs on the third day of the second-day night Test match in Bengaluru.
