Along with 5 Central Asian countries, India has decided to humanitarian help Afghanistan in the most humanitarian way possible. They have asserted that Afghanistan will not be used in any way for planning, sheltering and financing terrorist activities.
On the third India-central Asia talk, additionally, they reiterated that supplying safe havens to terror agencies, use of terrorist proxies for cross-border terrorism, terror financing and dissemination of an intensive ideology move in opposition to the simple ideas of humanity and worldwide relations.
The countries also stated that any links to terrorism should not be accepted and that this is all against the sovereignty and integrity of any particular nation. The talk, hosted by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, was attended by his other Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
It was also stressed that terrorist activities and any proprietors, financiers, activists or sponsors should be prosecuted with the principle of “extradite or prosecute”. At the scenario in Afghanistan, the ministers reiterated sturdy assistance for a peaceful, relaxed and stable Afghanistan whilst emphasizing the need for respecting sovereignty, harmony, territorial integrity and non-interference in its internal affairs.
They also discussed the current situation and stressed providing immediate assistance to Afghanistan. They also agreed to close any judgements and consultations on the situation prevailing there.
On fighting terrorism, the ministers called for the early usage of the UN Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism. They also called for global humanitarian help for the country to implement the UNSC resolutions in full swing.
The foreign ministers welcomed the suggestion to encompass Chabahar port inside the framework of the worldwide North-South transport corridor (INSTC) and expressed interest in cooperation on problems associated with the improvement and strengthening of nearby connectivity in central and South Asia.
“We all share deep-rooted historical and civilizational ties with Afghanistan. Our concerns and objectives in that country are similar,” Jaishankar stated briefly in the meeting.
Jaishankar is in full swing to help the Afghan people and strengthen the ties with Central Asian countries to be implemented without fault.
