On Monday, The Israeli Army said that in an “Extensive Counter terrorism Effort” it was striking the targets who were occupied in the West Bank Of city Jenin. On the same day Palestinian Health Ministry reported that the strike has killed three in Jenin and another in Ramallah.
City of Jenin – The Regular Site of Confrontations:
Located in the Northern West Bank, City of Jenin is a Palestine city which serves as an administrative centre of the Jenin Governorate of the state of Palestine.
This city of Jenin including its, adjacent refugee camps is also known as the regular site of confrontations between the Israeli army and Palestinian militants.
Operation Carried out around pre-dawn hours:
On Monday shortly after 1:00 am the Israeli Military said that it was striking “terrorist infrastructure” in the area of Jenin.
Israel began the operation with air strikes and was also moving grounds forces towards the city said a news source.
The Israeli Army said that its forces had stuck a Joint operation Centre which was served as command centre for the “Jenin Brigade”, a local militant group.
Raids were Conducted Regularly:
The Israeli army regularly conducts raids into the area, which is under the control of Palestinian Authority.
Reason stated by Israel for the attack:
The Israeli military said it has struck a joint operation centre used by the militants in the refugee camp. The Military stated that the Refugee Camp was used by the militants where weapons and explosives were stored and was used as a hide out for those alleged to have carried out attacks in the recent months.
Air Covered in Smoke:
As the sunlight enters in the city, the city was covered in thick smoke from burning tyres and the residents swirled through the streets and the calls to support the fighters were announced in loud speakers from the Mosque.
The director of the Palestinian Red Crescent in Jenin told the AFP, “There is a bombing from the air and invasion from the ground.”
The Palestinian Health Ministry said the raids killed three people and 13 people are injured.
Israel’s Raid on June:
Israel’s Raid on June 19th to arrest two Palestinians who were suspected of terrorist activity turned out deadly, as seven Palestinians were killed in the battle in a raid on Jenin Camp, among them there was a two 15year old and one militant and dozens of Palestinians were wounded, according to Palestinians Health Officials.
Eight Members of the Israeli Security Forces were also injured in the fight during that day.
According to Israel Military, the raid turned into lengthy exchange of fire.

In the recent months the residents of northern west bank have been witnessing an explosive mix of violence. The attacks are happening from both sides. There are attacks on the Israelis by the armed Palestinian Militants, and arrest raids conducted by the Israeli Military almost on a daily basis.
Marked as the Deadliest in Decades:
This Year has proved to be the deadliest in decades for the Palestinians in the West bank. More than 140 Palestinian deaths over the past six months. Most were killed in the armed clashes during military raids.
This Year is also deadliest for Israelis as nearly 30 of them were killed in Arab attacks.
Domino Effect of Raid on June:
A day after that attack in the Jenin Camp where Israeli Army went for raid in Jenin, Four Israeli civilians by the Palestinian gunmen in the West Bank.
As a result, the day after that, an Israeli drone strike by the Military killed Three Palestinians who was in a car.
And it also marked the first drone strike by Israel since 2002 said a Palestinian Official.

Since both the countries share a history for decades of conflict, Peace talks have been brokered by United States which have been frozen since 2014.
