Sources close to “Curated Businesses”, an Australian company that organizes lotteries that began in 2020, told TMZ that there have been legitimate winners and that they have the paperwork to prove it. With that said, the celebrities who used to host this grand giveaway, which promised first-class tickets to Los Angeles, a three-night stay in Beverly Hills, and even $100,000, are now facing massive backlash.

According to the lawsuit, the 2020 lottery contest was a hoax. The only goal of this bogus lottery was for celebrities to collaborate with an Australian company called Curated to sell personal information to advertisers. However, the company, as well as the celebrities involved in the case, are now being sued.
Furthermore, the suit claims that during the announcement of “winners,” those who later win the lottery used to make their Instagram accounts private, which appears strange to the rest of the participants.
Based on the lawsuit, contestants are being “invaded by hundreds of advertisers, some of whom are requesting the plaintiffs with potentially offensive and unwanted content.”
According to the lawsuit, Scott organized the lottery on his Instagram first, and then various influencers began promoting it, including Kim, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Sofia Richie, Gretchen Christine Rossi, and Christine Quinn.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit names only Kimberly and Disick, and the plaintiffs are reportedly seeking $20 million from each defendant.
