Netflix once again didn’t fail its streamers with their list of upcoming binge-worthy content that was announced at the Tudum event hosted by Netflix this year in São Paulo, Brazil.
Tudum is a Global Fan Event where Netflix provides its viewers with a little sneak peek at their upcoming projects and slides them with a casting insider. The event was streamed live on Sunday Morning from Ibirapuera Park in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil hosted by the “Chaotic brown girl from the block”, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan from ‘Never Have I Ever’, the ‘Outerbanks’ Star – Chase Stokes and the Brazilian Star Maisa da Silva Andrade.

The Star-studded event was no less than the Oscars as some of the biggest actors appeared on the Tudum Red Carpet. From Alia Bhatt to Henry Cavill, each of them stopped by to promote their new streams.
The event made its grand opening with Chris Hemsworth announcing another one in the Extraction franchise and ended with a thrilling trailer of Gal Gadot, Alia Bhatt and Jamie Dornan’s upcoming film, Heart of Stone. Extraction 3
The fans hadn’t yet stopped obsessing over Extraction 2 when Netflix dropped the big announcement of Extraction 3. Chris Hemsworth along with his director Sam Hargrave, announced that a third movie in the franchise is on the way.

Squid Game 2: Cast unveiling
While the update on the trailer and release date is yet to be awaited, in the meanwhile Netflix has provided fans with a look at the new cast of Squid Game 2. Netflix revealed that Season 1 stars Lee Jung-Jae, Lee Byung-Hun, Wi Ha-jun, and Gong Yoo will all be returning for the comeback, with the new cast members Yim Si-Wan, Kang Ha-Neul, Park Sung-Hoon, and Yang Dong-Geun.

Squid Game: The Challenge Teaser
A reality show with the elements of Squid Game? Well, who wouldn’t want to watch that? Netflix showcases a brief sight at the upcoming reality show based on the hit 2021 South Korean series. The show will have a total of 456 contestants competing in schoolyard games over 10 episodes for the chance at $4.56 million.

Well even Joe Goldberg had a message for his fans. Penn Badgley made his appearance at the event via a short video, teasing the fifth season. “You’re considering what – or most importantly, who – Joe might come up against as he finally returns to New York, Though I can’t say who just yet, we all know there are many loose ends from Joe’s past.” were the words of Penn Badgley. We surely can’t wait to see Joe’s new obsession this season.

Elite Season 7
According to the makers, the Steamy series is going to make a comeback on October 20 with its seventh season. The Spanish teen drama will also see original star Omar Ayuso returning. The teaser of the same was released on its social media platforms highlighting a new addition to the cast, the Brazilian pop star Anitta.

A peek at what’s new on Bridgerton 3
The makers revealed what’s to come in the new drama series through images from the sets of the show. In the images what’s expected to be the central romance this season: Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin (Luke Newton) can be seen. With Eloise being aware of Penelope’s identity as Lady Whistledown and a growing romance between Penelope and Colin, I’d say Hold on to your carriages readers because this season is going to be messy.

Emily in Paris star Lily Collins revealed that Season 4 will be based in Rome. “Is Alfie still heartbroken?” Will Gabriel get his Michelin star? Will Mindy and the band go to Eurovision? Lift
Stars Kevin Hart and Gugu Mbatha-Raw revealed the first look of Lift, an upcoming action-comedy by director F. Gary Gray. The film follows an international heist crew that’s recruited to prevent a terrorist attack and must pull off the heist on a plane mid-flight. The film is set to release on Jan. 12, 2024.

Teaser of Berlin
A character-based series from the world of Money Heist – Berlin just got its trailer released. Pedro Alonso returns as the titular character in the series. It’ll find him long before he finds out about his terminal diagnosis, following him as he attempts one of his most extraordinary heists.

Heartstopper Clip and Episode Titles
The new age romance drama series, Heartstopper revealed its second season’s opening scene during Tudum, as well as all of its episode titles: Out, Family, Promise, Challenge, Heat, Truth/Dare, Sorry, and Perfect set to premiere on August 3.

The Witcher: Season 3
A couple of time into season 3, Vol. 1 of Witcher and the cast has already announced the second instalment. Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, and Joey Batey released a new clip that shows Ciri single-handedly taking on a group of enemies joined by Yennefer and Geralt.

The Pogues are set to return for yet another season, as revealed by a tiny clip released by the makers on social media platforms. Any future developments are yet to be announced until then we’ll wonder what the Pogues are up to this time.

The series awaits a release date and a full trailer, but the fans did get a little glimpse of Avatar: The Last Airbender at Tudum. Netflix revealed the first character images of its live-action series as well as title reveal footage – water, earth, fire, air and all. Set to release in 2024.

Stranger Things 5
Even though the filming of the new season is awaited due to the writer’s strike but the makers didn’t take that as an excuse to step back from the event. In fact, in one of the biggest reveals of the event, it was announced that Terminator icon Linda Hamilton will be joining the cast of the fifth and final season. The makers also fed their Up side down fans with a little insider by revealing the title of the first episode. Episode 1 will be called: “The Crawl.”
