Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on 6th July 2024 washed the feet of Dashmat Rawat, the tribal man who was urinated on by BJP’s Pravesh Shukla. In the video shared by ANI, the chief server sat on a stool on the floor while the tribal man sat on a chair with both his feet set on a washing bowl put on another stool. The chief serve washed both his feet and after that garlanded him, wrapping a white cloth around him. The chief’s minister at that point nourished him and postured for the camera.
The man hesitated for some time taking the shoes for the chief minister, but the
CM urged him to do so. After inquiring him what he does for a living, the chief minister said that He was shocked to see the video and apologises to the Victim “For him, the victims and the individuals are like God. Serving the individuals is breaking even with revering God. He accepts that God dwells in each human being. He was tormented by the brutal occurrence that happened with Dashmat Rawat. What happened to him was off-base,” the chief minister said after washing Dashmat’s feet.
