Last season’s bench warmer and Everton loanee Donny Van de Beek was impressive throughout the game, especially in the second half as he kept on making those runs in the 18-yard box. Zidane Iqbal on the right was a constant threat for the A-league defenders with his dizzle dazzle dribbles and crosses.
The game ended at the score of 4-1 with Manchester bloke Marcus Rashford scoring in the78th minute and an own goal at the last minute of the game. It’s been only two pre-season games since Erik Ten Hag took over, but compared to the last season it seems that the red devils are playing football with more clarity and precision.
