It happened just six minutes after Messi’s first goal of the game when he finished into the bottom corner after being set up by Neymar’s great play.
Messi scores, who only managed to score six goals in the league in 26 games last year, is off to a great start this year. On Saturday, he scored twice and added an assist as he and Neymar went on a rampage.
Neymar, Achraf Hakimi, and Marquinhos all scored goals for PSG that night, but as he has a tendency to do, Messi ended up being the star of the show.

The first three points of the season for PSG under new manager Christophe Galtier came from a commanding victory.
Kylian Mbappe, the third-star attacker in PSG’s trio, was out with an injury. Vitinha, Hugo Ekitike, and Nordi Mukiele made their Ligue 1 debuts for PSG under new head coach Christophe Galtier. Warren Zaire-Emery made his PSG debut as well. At 16 years, and 4 months old, he is the youngest player to play for PSG in a competitive game.
