Navneet Sehgal And 16 IAS Officers Transferred

Yogi Adityanath’s government transferred 16 senior IAS officers of UP. Navneet Sehgal who was in charge of information and public relations is now given the responsibility of the sports department as the Additional Chief Secretary. Amit Mohan Prasad who was the Additional Chief Secretary and in charge of Health and Family Welfare has been taken back his powers in this sector. Now Parth Sarthi Sen Sharma will take charge of this department.

Transfer Of IAS Officers

After the retirement of Avnish Awasthi who was one of the most senior and powerful IAS officers, a lot has changed. Yogi Government has transferred 16 senior IAS officers. Navneet Sehgal, who was responsible for the Information and Public Relation department has now been made Additional Chief Secretary of the sports department.

Regarding the transfers of the Health Department. Additional Chief Secretary Amit Mohan Prasad, who came under the target of Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak has been taken back his power over the department. He has now been made Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises and Export Promotion, Handloom and Textile Industries and Khadi and Village Industries.

Awaited for his post, Parth Sarthi Sharma has been made the Principal Secretary, Medical, Health and Family Welfare Department. Apart from this, Himanshu Kumar has been made Principal Secretary, Rural Development and Rural Engineering Services Department. Dr Hariom has now been made the Director of the Social Welfare Department and Tribal Development.

Senior IAS Monika S Garg has been made Additional Chief Secretary, Minority Welfare and Muslim Waqf Department. Apart from this, Mahesh Kumar Gupta has now been made Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Energy and Additional Energy Resources. Kalpana Awasthi will now be the principal secretary to the governor.

Principal Secretary Mukesh Kumar Meshram is given additional charge of the Tourism and Culture Department as well as the Charitable Affairs Department. Apart from this, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner Arvind Kumar has been given additional charge as CEO of UPEDA and Upsha. Rajesh Kumar Singh has been made the principal secretary of the prison administration.

Manoj Kumar Singh is now the Additional Chief Secretary Panchayati Raj and Horticulture and Agriculture Production Commissioner. Sudhir Mahadev Bobde will now be the Principal Secretary of the Higher Education Department. Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Sanjay Prasad has also been given Home, Intelligence, Vigilance Department and Information and Public Relations Department.

Principal Secretary, Deepak Kumar, has been given Basic Education Department and the additional charge of secondary education along with the present post. Aradhana Shukla is now the Additional Chief Secretary of AYUSH Department.
