Recently Pakistan told Afghanistan that they should stop giving shelters to the militants, and in response, Afghanistan told them that because of their bombings dozens of Afghan civilians were killed. There has been severe tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan since the ultra-religious Taliban seized Kabul.
These various attacks have been carried out by the militants said Islamabad. It is still not clear whether the new prime minister of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif will give support to the Taliban or not.
Taliban has been furious about the bombings that took place in the eastern part of Afghanistan through the Pakistani Air Force. They have been protesting about this event because many civilians were killed in the eastern part of Khost and Kunar late this Friday.
They have claimed that five children and a woman were killed, these protests have been going on since Sunday. They also provided the data that at least 45 civilians were killed because of the airstrike.
The foreign minister of Pakistan has not yet confirmed the airstrikes but the Pakistan embassy in Kabul has denied the airstrikes. Zabiullah Mujahid who is the spokesperson of Afghanistan has said not to test their patience and not to repeat the same mistakes otherwise it can have bad consequences.
UNAMA which is the united nation assistance mission also said that,
“We are deeply concerned about the reports of civilian casualties, including women and children, as a result of the Airstrike in Khost and Kunar province”
