About Unstoppable
Unstoppable is an Indian-language Telugu, web talk show hosted by NBK. Season one of Unstoppable premiered on, 4th November 2021. The host NBK (Nandamuri Balakrishna), interacts with the celebrities and colleagues of the Telugu film industry, denoted as Tollywood.
The show airs on the OTT streaming platform AHA, and the show went on to become the number one watched show on AHA, with over 40 crores of streaming minutes. The show also topped the IMDB in the category of talk shows in India.
The second season of the successful show Unstoppable premiered on, 14th October 2022 and is all set for the finale episode on, 10th February 2024.
Season one of Unstoppable had the most popular faces from the Telugu film industry, consisting of 10 episodes, (4th November 2021 to 4th February 2022). The guest list included Mohan Babu, Nani, SS Rajamouli, Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandana, Sukumar, Ravi Teja, Rana Daggubati, Vijay Devarakonda, Puri Jagannadh, Mahesh Babu and many other known faces from Tollywood.
Season two of Unstoppable featured popular faces from Tollywood, including Prabhas, Pawan Kalyan, Adivi Sesh, Gopichand and many more popular faces.
About Pawan Kalyan
Pawan Kalyan, (2nd September 1971), is an Indian actor-politician and filmmaker. He predominately works in the Telugu industry. He is the younger brother of the most popular Telugu actor and politician, Chiranjeevi. Pawan made his debut in the Telugu film industry in 1996, in the film ‘Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi’. He is referred to as the ‘Power Star’ by his fans. Pawan has worked in 27 films, since 1996, to date.
He has been married thrice, and is the father of four children. His first two wives were Nandini (Married 1997- Divorced 2007), and Renu Desai (Married 2009- Divorced 2012). He is currently married to Anna Lezhneva (Married in 2013). He is the uncle of the most famous faces of South Indian actors; Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Varun Tej and Sai Dharam.
His political career began in the year 2008, as the president of the youth wing of Praja Rajyam Party founded by his brother Chiranjeevi, but Pawan left the political party after it was merged into the Congress Party, by his brother Chiranjeevi. In 2014, Pawan founded the Jana Sena Party, and during that period he was the most searched Indian celebrity-politician on Google.
Pawan Kalyan Battle with Depression
A recent promo of the show Unstoppable season two, which features the politician-actor Pawan Kalyan, will be telecasted in two parts. The first part was aired on February 3rd, 2024, and the second part will be continued on, 10th February 2024.
The episode featuring Pawan Kalyan, will be the concluding episode of season two. While the first part of the episode dealt with the actor’s personal life, the second part gives a glimpse into his political life, his ideologies and about his political affairs in Andhra Pradesh.
In the conversation with the host Balayya, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan is seen sharing his views on the ruling party of Andhra Pradesh. In the teaser, it is seen that Pawan, who is usually aggressive about his stances in political speeches, opened up about the reasons for establishing his political party, and how the idea of dominance is shaping his current politics. He also opens up about his struggles in his political career.
In the first part of the episode of Unstoppable two, Pawan opened up about his personal life and his battle with depression. In the episode, Pawan stated that: “My struggles with depression were overwhelming, but I, fought through it.”
He further added “I have asthma and felt isolated due to frequent hospitalization. I’m not much of a social person. At the age of 17, the pressure of exams only added to my depression. I remember planning to take my own life by using the licensed revolver of my eldest brother (Chiranjeevi Konidela) when he was not at home.” Pawan further explained how book reading, martial arts, practicing Carnatic music and other hobbies helped him to emerge as a better person.
