With well-equipped safety features, the fourth Vande Bharat Express is all set ready to launch helping commuters from Una to Delhi. He also laid the foundation to Bulk Drug park today.
Launch of 4th Vande Bharath Express Train
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, gave a cordial welcome to Modiji when he first arrived at Pekhubela helipad, Una. Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi launched the 4th Vande Bharat Express today in the Una district of Himachal Pradesh, which had its foundation in 2017.
Special features of Vande Bharath Express
The train will all have well-equipped features with Wi-Fi and CCTV cameras that will help people to comfortably commute between Delhi and Amb Andaura station, in the Una district of Himachal Pradesh. A senior railway official stated to The Hindustan Times, “Except Wednesday this train will run on all days”.
This train will run at a speed of 100 km/hr. From the following week, the traveling time between Delhi and Chandigarh will be reduced by three hours which took about five hours to cover the same before.
This train provides a faster mode of communication for the people and also helps to improve tourism in these regions. The pilgrimages will make use of it for visiting the religious spots of Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh.
Foundation stone of Bulk Drug Park
The foundation stone of Bulk Drug Park, Harold was laid by him today, thereby reducing the dependence on API imports. This Bulk Drug Park will project investment of Rs 10,000 crores and over 20,000 people would be employed from this.
After this event, Modiji will be attending public meetings in Una and Chamba districts respectively.
