China and authorities are facing the wrath of netizens around the world as 27 quarantine-going residents died in a bus crash on Sunday.
The bus was apparently carrying a total of 47 people from Guiyang which is also the capital of the province Guizhou. The goal was to reach a county 155 miles away when the tragic incident took place.
China’s Response
The questions are heightened as no clear answers are given by the people above. It is very unclear among people about the road chosen by the driver, it was a winding mountain and the time was almost after midnight. As per china’s rules and regulations, it is prohibited to travel long-distance adventures between 2 am and 5 am.
A widely circulated photograph on social media shows that the driver is wearing a hazmat suit with only his eyes showing, giving a very spooky sense of doubt. Other videos show the truck getting towed by other hazmat-wearing workers and spraying disinfectant on it.
According to authorities, survivors are receiving treatment at the hospital.
The mass testing, snap lockdowns and other harsh steps taken by the Chinese government along with this recent mishappening have created a huge outcry amongst the citizens.
Cities like Guiyang, Chengdu, Jinan, and regions near Tibet have a lot to say about the harsh rule book of authorities.
