Review:
When director SS Rajamouli managed to impress the audience with his film Baahubali: The Conclusion in 2017, it was considered a major accomplishment. It took him five long years to conceptualise, shoot, and complete his next film, RRR (which was also dubbed in Hindi), which was released in 2012.
Pulling off a multi-starrer with Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles may appear to be a significant achievement in and of itself, but it is not. However, even when it comes to the storey, Rajamouli manages to deliver on his promises.
A young police officer named Ramaraju (Ram Charan) who is both revered and feared by the British is called ‘fire.’ He is an angry, young police officer named Ramaraju (Ram Charan). Years have passed, and he has done everything they have asked of him.
He is the one they use to harass and intimidate on anyone they want to capture, and yet he is the one who is never given enough respect because of the colour of his skin. Then there’s ‘water’ – sweet, simple, innocent Bheem (Jr NTR), who possesses brute strength but only employs it when it is necessary to accomplish his goals.
He is a Gond tribal leader who has travelled to the city in order to rescue a young girl named Malli, who has been kidnapped by Lady Scott (Alison Doody) and is being held captive as the singing doll ‘on (her) mantelpiece’.
However, this is only the beginning of the story. To know further, you need to go to the nearby theatres and watch the masterpiece. RRR fans loved the masterpiece and danced in the theatres.
Director’s perspective:
Also revealed was the backstory to Rajamouli’s big-budget project RRR, which he directed. Rajamouli revealed days ago on Twitter that the plot of RRR is set in the period prior to India’s independence, while also providing some plot details.
In this fictional story, two warriors, Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem face off against each other.
“The movie unveils both of them away from home (in Delhi) before they started fighting for the country. It’s a pan-Indian film painted on a large canvas,” reads the official statement from the makers of RRR.
SS After announcing the title of his upcoming period film, ‘RRR,’ Rajamouli piqued the interest of his fans and piqued their interest further. His explanation for the title came later when he revealed that it is an abbreviation of the Telugu phrase ‘Raama Roudra Rushitam’, which can be roughly translated as ‘Rise Revolt Revenge’ in English.
Fan’s Reaction:
After a long wait, SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ has finally arrived in theatres, and fans are unable to keep their excitement in check. A video taken in a cinema hall while the film was being shown has gone viral on the internet.
In the video, fans can be heard clapping and cheering as Jr NTR takes over the screen with a spectacular intro scene that is not to be missed!
