Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are one of the most popular couples in Bollywood or B-town. This A-list jodi of the B-town is soon going to be neighbors with the King Khan, aka SRK.
Recently, the Bollywood couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone bought an apartment in the suburban area of Bandra . The cost of the house is around 119 crore rupees. As per the sources, Ranveer and Deepika will be shifted to their new quadruplex in Mumbai’s Bandra soon. In 2021, Ranveer and his wife Deepika Padukone purchased a bungalow in Alibag for ₹ 22 crore.
The building of their new house is close to Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow, “Mannat”, and Salman Khan’s pad in Galaxy Apartments. It can be said that Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are the new neighbors of Ranveer and Deepika.
The apartment is sea-facing. A total of four floors are covered in the construction of the apartment, which are the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th, and customized as per the preferences of the actor. One lakh rupees is the price per square foot. So it can be considered the costliest or the biggest residential deal in the country. Bandra and Juhu are the most preferable areas because most of the celebrities or famous personalities stay there or are residents of that place.
The total cost of the apartment is about 118.94 cr., from which the amount of 7.13 cr. is already paid as the stamp duty. The carpet area of the property is 11,266 sq ft and the terrace area is around 1,300 sq ft. The property also includes the 19-car parking facility as well.
There is one apartment each on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the building. Sagar Resham, Bandstand, Bandra West. Still, there is no confirmation from the couple or their family or from the property sellers.
