A little boy with a stiff dream of getting into IIT finally gets to taste the fruit of his constant hard work, enthusiasm, and effort.
RK Shishir from Bombay; passed the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) with first position in the pharmacy stream and with 4th position in the engineering stream. Only after a month of this, Shishir went on to appear in the JEE Advanced 2022, conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), in which he bagged the 1st rank, securing 314 out of 360 marks.
Before cracking JEE Advanced, he bagged AIR-56 in JEE Mains and AIR-2 in Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana Exam, also known as KVYP.Â
Shishir says that he has been longing to get into IIT since his 8th standard.
He further expresses his aims, saying that he is going to pursue his further career in computer science.
Shishir is a hardworking young lad too, which can be seen in his desire to become an entrepreneur and contribute to his society.
This 17-year-old young man has influenced many people around him with his immaculate achievements in life. He not only succeeded in his field but also proved to be a source of motivation and upliftment for others.
When asked about his study routine, he says that during his classes on the 11th and 12th, he used to start his studies at 6:30 a.m. and finish at 8 p.m., which has contributed to his success for the majority of his life. In the list of his interests, Shishir shares a great love for solving Rubik’s cube within just a time period of 20 seconds. In addition, he enjoys playing badminton in his spare time and has a strong aptitude for coding.
Shishir demonstrated that the sky is the limit for those who are steadfast in their pursuit of their goals. Shishir is ready to thrive in his country as the rains of improvement and prosperity fall.
