Ronaldo 37-year-old Portuguese International seeks an exit from Old Trafford as he aims to play UEFA Champions League.
According to many reports, Atletico de Madrid is ready to sell Antonie Griezman to sign one of the greatest footballers of this generation Cristiano Ronaldo. This may see Cristiano joining one of his former rivals.
The transfer saga of Manchester United forward Cristiano continues as Jorge Mendes roams around Europe to find a Champions League playing club for five times Champions League winner. Ronaldo has very high ambition in his career and he still believes that he can fight to win the titles at the highest level.
On the contrary and to the surprise of many football fans, many clubs in Europe are not so keen to sign the 37-year-old Portuguese star because of his age. Jorge Mendes has been negotiating with many clubs for a possible transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo. Many clubs like Inter Mila, AS Roma, and Chelsea have denied the transfer of top international goal-scorer.
It is very tricky why clubs don’t want to sign him. In the last season, Cristiano Ronaldo with a miserable Manchester United team scored 31 goals and without Cristiano Manchester, United hasn’t won a single Premier League game.
Manchester United will only allow leaving Ronaldo on loan according to sky sports. FC Bayern Munich is also very close to signing the Portuguese International. Initially, they said they weren’t interested but now it seems Jorge Mendes manipulated the mind of Bundesliga winners.
Lewandowski joining Barca has also put pressure on them to sign a well-reputed striker. Ronaldo and Harry Kane are the potential targets for the German Club to replace Robert Lewandowski this summer.
Meanwhile, Chelsea was also interested to sign them, but Thomas Tuchel showed red light to this move, now with the Blues’ attack looking bleak fans are demanding the club sign, Ronaldo
The new club which is interested to sign Cristiano Ronaldo is Atletico De Madrid. According to many reports from England, Atletico is ready to sell poor-form Griezmann to sign Ronaldo.
Griezman earlier attracted interest from his home club PSG. PSG is looking to off-load their underperforming players including Neymar, so that move looks far from being done.
Will Ronaldo sign for a new club or will he stay at Old Trafford?
