In the meantime, on Tuesday, the Indian embassy in Kyiv passed a statement demanding citizens to stay in Ukraine as it is non-essential to think about leaving the country temporarily.

On Tuesday, Russia called off some of its troops were returning to base. Later the exercises near Ukraine mocked Western signaling about an appearing invasion in the States. Though, as per the news agency Reuters, NATO and the United States said they still needed to see any evidence of a reduction that could turn away war.
Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, said that Moscow is ready to talk with the US and NATO on limitations of missile deployments and even military transparency. Later, with discussions with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Putin said the US and NATO denied Moscow’s request to keep Ukraine and other ex-Soviet nations out of NATO.
Later the statement followed the Russian Defense Ministry’s proclaimed a partial takeoff troop after military drills. While the Russian military shared no details regarding how many troops were taking off or where the troops were pulling back.
Russia also denied any plans to invade Ukraine. It gives hope that the Kremlin may not be thinking of invading Ukraine shortly.
