On Monday, Russia started a series of deadly attacks on cities across Ukraine, hitting countries capital, Kyiv. The deadliest strikes against citizens and infrastructure haven’t been seen in recent days. President Vladimir Putin mentioned in a television interview that the Russian military launched the strike as revenge for the explosion at Cremia bridge.
