Body, soul and mind is the reflection of Humankind. A perfect sink of these three together within reflects out a peaceful soul. Peace in self brings immense happiness. And by being in Harmony with self, one can welcome peace in life and all that good heart desires.
Harmony with self is about reaching excellence in everything we do and seeking the ideal in a balanced manner.
To achieve Harmony in self, one needs to follow the surroundings, which are never new to us but go unnoticed. Little attention to these details can help one to become the best version of ourselves. Fight the fear out. Fear is our worst enemy. So, we need to overcome it.
Harmony within Oneself (Self-Exploration) –
It is the process to find out what is valuable to me by investigating within myself. Self-Exploration is a process of discovering something innate, invariant and universal in all human beings.
We need to explore our fundamental values. To move one step closer to lead a self-exploration journey, we need to journal our thoughts. Journaling is a time to process emotions and internalize what’s happening in our lives.
When we start our journey of self-exploration, we strengthen our sense of purpose. Setting goals, vision and intentions are one of the most accessible paths towards self-exploration. One should often take calculated risks.
Self-introspection plays a vital role to create Harmony within oneself. If we are threatened with death or moving in one direction without thinking, at that time, only introspection will help us to create Harmony and give peace.
Every individual must participate in social service activities, whether one is in a village or a city. Our life will be sanctified only when you serve society.
Man service is service to God. Genuine service has twin benefits- it makes you happy and gives happiness to others. Offer service and receive the love of God.

“To sit in the shade on a fine day and look upon the verdant green hills is the most perfect refreshment”.
Nature is an integral part of Human Beings. A human being is a component of heaven and earth or nature.
There is no doubt there are sufferings and misfortunes in our lives, but nature plays an important role; as soon as we think of nature, we forget our sorrows and enjoy as quickly as we visit beautiful streams.
The immortal drink which is pouring unto us from heaven’s brink in the form of nature. ‘Trees give peace to the souls of men’.
Understanding Human Being Co-Existence –
Coexistence is a state in which two or more groups live together while respecting their difference and resolving their conflicts non-violently.
Coexistence has been defined in numerous ways –
- To exist together (in time or place) and to exist in mutual tolerance.
- To learn to live with a difference and recognize it.
- To have a relationship between people or groups in which none of the parties tries to destroy the other.
Sentient life is a life that is self–aware, having the capacity to view and see past, present and future, and reaching onto levels that transcend these concepts in the course of its development as an entity with consciousness.
Sentient life forms exhibit a capacity for increasing self-determination and self-emancipation. Insentient means are devoid of feeling or realization.
It is not self-aware; it exists due to an interdimeric system with the capacity to evolve, grow and become self-aware at advanced stages.
Examples of non-sentient – Life are the Gaia of the planet, eco-systems, vegetable life and primitive animal life.
Understanding the need of self (I) and body-Sukh and Suvidha –
Sukh and Suvidha -“Sukh” means happiness in the Hindi language, opposite “Dukh”. “Suvidha” means comfort in the Hindi language, which is the opposite of Aa- Suvidha.
The modern man considers “Suvidha” the primary mission of life and always tries to extract more money to satisfy his whim and give happiness to his family.

Physiological Needs –
For the most part, physiological needs are obvious—they are the literal requirements for human survival. If these requirements are not met (except clothing, shelter, and physical activity), the human body cannot continue to function.
Physiological needs include:
- Clothing and Shelter
- Sound sleep
- Mental satisfaction
- Air, water, and food
Safety Needs –
Safety and Security needs include:
- Personal security
- Financial security
- Health and well-being
- Safety net against accidents/illness and their adverse impacts
Love and Belonging –
Human after fulfilling their physiological and safety needs, the third layer of human needs involves feelings of social belongingness.
This aspect involves emotionally based relationships in general, such as:
- Friendship
- Intimacy
- Family (good and supportive)
Every person needs to feel a sense of belonging and acceptance, whether it is a small club, office, religious group, professional organization, or a large social group—even humans except for his family members, intimate partners, mentors, close colleagues or their confidants.
Esteem –
All humans need to be respected and to have self-esteem and self-respect. Also known as the belonging need, esteem presents the typical human desire to be accepted by society and value the community.
People need to engage themselves to gain admiration and recognition by the activity that gives a sense of contribution to feel admitted and self-valued.
Imbalances can result in low self-esteem and can increase an inferiority complex. People with low self-esteem need respect from others, and they may seek fame or glory, which again depends on others.
The ultimate form of Instead of demoralizing ourselves for not being able to align our desires with natural acceptance all this time, we should learn that we have the strength and the ability to clarify our thoughts and expectations to be able to behave in a way that is according to our deepest values, which brings the most extraordinary form of happiness.
