Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan has stepped into OTT platform by announcing about his new venture called SRK+ in collaboration with Anurag Kashyap on Twitter. The tweet says, “Kuch Kuch hone wala hai, OTT ki dunia main.”
The film maker Anurag Kashyap, retweeted SRK’s tweet and announced their collaboration. Kashyap tweeted, “Dream come true! Collaborating with @iamsrk on his new OTT app, SRK+”.
Although the actor did not yes disclose as to what it is exactly but actor Salman Khan revealed a few more details. Salman Khan tweeted congratulated SRK on his upcoming “OTT app called SRK+”. His tweet said, “Aaj ki party teri taraf se @iamsrk. Congrats on your new OTT app, SRK+”.
Fans have congratulated and showed their excitement and support to the actor on his new initiative, including celebrities such as Karan Johar, and many others. Karan Johar’s tweeted and congratulated King Khan for his new venture. His tweet says “Biggest news of the year. This is going to change the face of OTT. Super excited,”.
For the uninitiated, Shahrukh Khan has previously worked as a producer on Netflix’s Bard of Blood and Betaal series. Currently, the Bollywood actor will be featured in Pathaan, which will be released on January 25, 2019.
Shahrukh Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, will establish his own OTT platform now. The platform will contain new content from the actors including TV series, films, and online series, and music, and is expected to be the biggest endeavour in Bollywood entertainment.
Shah Rukh Khan is one of India’s most famous faces, with a career spanning three decades, and his new business idea is projected to attract millions of viewers from throughout the country and around the world.
