Adipurush, the film based on Lord Ram, will star Prabhas in the lead role. It will be a pan-India film that will be released in multiple languages across various regions of India. For the Hindi version of Adipurush, Sharad Kelkar will be dubbing Prabhas. Sharad Kelkar’s voice and acting proved to be excellent. We have already seen his acting in many films. His voice too has added liveliness to the movie and to the context and the film in which he is acting. We have already seen his dubbed voice in the Baahubali franchise.
He (Sharad Kelkar) is all set to do the Hindi dubbing again for Prabhas in Adipurush. It would be an epic combination for both Prabhas fans and Sharad Kelkar fans. In the SS Rajamouli’s epic, Baahubali, Prabhas played the role of Amrendra Bahubali in part 1 and Mahendra Baahubali in the final part of the Baahubali franchise. Now, Prabhas is all set to play the role of Ram in Adipurush. It is again a collaboration between Sharad and Prabhas.
According to the reports, the makers of Adipurush and Kelkar have reunited after almost 5 years after Baahubali 2- the conclusion. Sharad was believed to be the first choice for dubbing in Hindi. The Hindi version of Baahubali 2- the conclusion created a record at the box office (in the Hindi belt). The teaser for Adipurush will be out on 2nd October 2022.
The Baahubali actor Prabhas and Sharad Kelkar confirmed the news of their collaboration together for one more time. The teaser release will be happening in Ayodhya in a grand way. The teaser launch program in Ayodhya will is attended by Prabhas, the lead actress Kriti Sanon, the director Om Raut and the honcho producer of the T-series Bhushan Kumar.
Apart from the teaser, a 50 feet poster of the film will be released post the teaser launch in Ayodhya. This happens in the presence of a huge crowd in Ram ki Paidi, which is on the banks of river Sarayu, Ayodhya. Adipurush stars Prabhas as Ram, Saif Ali Khan as Raavan, Kriti Sanon as Sita, Sunny Singh as Lakshman. According to sources, Adipurush is a film with the highest budget in India (estimated to be above 600 crores). The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi in 3D format and in IMAX. The film will release on January 12th, 2024 worldwide.
