A police complaint was filed by Shraddha at Tulinj station in Mumbai in which she stated that Aftab had tried to kill her and has beating her for many months.
According to the new developments in the case, Rajendra Kamble, the inspector of Tulinj police station said about Shraddha’s 2020 complaint letter in which she had complained about Aftab stating that he tried to kill her and threatened that he will chop her. The police inspector while speaking to Republic confirmed receiving her complaint. The probe had begun based on her complaint but she withdrew it midway.Â
In the gruesome murder case, a spine-chilling letter of 2020 came out on November 23, about Shraddha’s police complaint at Tulinj police station, Nalasopara. She had mentioned in her complaint that Aftab tried to kill her and assaulted her for 6 months.
She also mentioned how he was trying to suffocate her and said he would hash her into pieces. She also stated that Aftab’s parents were due about the assault and used to visit them on weekends and gave blessings to the pair for marriage.Â
Aftab Polygraph Test
Aftab’s polygraph test has been scheduled to be conducted at FSL hospital in Delhi. The inconsistencies in Aftab’s statements resulted in the extension of his custody.
The polygraph test was not conducted today as said by the police.
