Before, Congress spokesman Pawan Khera claimed that Smriti Irani’s son – Zoish – is running an eatery in Goa, in which a bar is performing on a’ fake licence’. Union Minister Smriti Irani on 23 July hit out at Congress for making alleged claims that her 18- time-old son Zoish runs an illegal bar in Goa and said that her son’s fault is that her mom holds press conferences on’ the spoil of ₹,000 crore by Sonia and Rahul Gandhi’.
Speaking with the journalists on the issue, Smriti Irani refuted Congress claims and said,” Two middle-aged congresswomen are answerable for the character assassination of an 18- time-old woman. Her only fault is that her mama addresses Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.” Adding further, the parliamentarian said,” My son is studying at the university. She doesn’t run a bar. Please check the paperwork. Where is my son’s name? Her fault is that her mama held a press conference against the two Gandhis. Angry over the issue, Smriti Irani indeed gestured that she’ll reach out to the court to seek answers from the Congress leaders.” I’ll look for answers in court.” She made it clear that her staff will transport authorised notices to expert Congress leaders Jairam Ramesh and Pawan Khera by this night.

But the person in whose name the licence is, had failed 13 months ago . This is illegal,” he toldreporters.According to Goa rules, a eatery can get only one bar licence but this eatery has got two bar licences, Khera said.
” We demand from the high minister that Smriti Irani should be directly sacked as a minister from the Union press. You owe it to this country, to the youth of this country,” he said.
Rejection of allegations
Zoish on Saturday nominated these charges as’ unwarranted’ and said she was neither an proprietor nor operating the eatery.
Releasing the statement via counsel Kirat Nagra, Zoish denied the charges and levelled the allegations as’ concocted’.
” Our customer is neither an owner nor operating the eatery called Silly Souls Goa. likewise she has not entered any show cause notice from any authority whatsoever as contended,” Nagra said.
” My customer, a youthful eighteen time old pupil and a budding cook who has worked in colourful caffs to learn culinary trades, is sought to be scarred in infinity by her mama ‘s political opponents who with oblique and ulterior motive seek to calumniate her,” Nagra said.
” These political opponents have levelled colourful unwarranted charges and cooked allegations against our customer. It’s unfortunate that they’ve resorted to spreading a false propaganda only to minimise a non issue without catching on true data and with a destined ideal of defaming our customer for solely being the son of a political leader,” Nagra said in the statement Congress claims evidence
Meanwhile, Congress has claimed it has attestations to prove their allegations.
Indian Youth Congress’ public President Srinivas BV indeed participated in a video interview of Zooish where she was seen speaking about transnational cookeries and new cafes opening in Goa. Now with the turnaround of allegations, it’ll be interesting to see how the legal angle is shaped in coming days
