The Official Australian cricket team made changes by putting their three key players out of the team list ahead of their India T20 tour.
The Australian Cricket team updated the squad as they are moving for their India T20 Tour by putting Mitchell Starc, Mitchell Marsh, and Marcus Stoinis out of the team because of their injuries on 14th Sep 2022.
As per the Australian Cricket Board, three players have faced minor injuries but they did not take any risk by putting them in the squad as they have games awaiting them on their home ground.
Both Marsh and Stoinis have suffered an injury on the ankle and side issue during their ODI series and at North Queensland against Zimbabwe and New Zealand whereas Starc was taken out because of his knee which was scanned and the report showed some problems related to it today in Sydney.
This trio is considered to be important for the Australian cricket team but they manage to put some adjustments to it by putting Nathan Ellis, Daniel Sams, and Sean Abbott.
The recent team development has also witnessed the absence of David Warner as well.
As anticipated by Warner, Marsh, Starc, and Stoinis will be available for Australia’s home T20 against West Indies and England which will be leading to the World Cup.
Due to Stoinis’s absence from the team, Tim David is likely to make a debut and play to the difficulty to make his spot in the lineup for India T20 Tour.
In Marsh’s Absence the all-rounder Cameron Green will join the team and Steve Smith will be backing up the No.3 spot alongside Josh Inglis will partner with Aaron Finch as opening batsmen in absence of David Warner.
The 30-year-old Strac had an issue with his ankle which he complained about during the match against Zimbabwe.
During the World Cup in November, Marsh had his amazing form scoring 77 runs from 55 balls and winning the t20 World Cup.
Mathew Wades and Stoinis together was the key player for Australia in their victory over Pakistan in which he scored 40 runs out of 31 balls.
This time even the Australian fans will witness the joining of Ashton Agar in the team who was somehow not selected during the World Cup last year.
The Australian team will soon get back to training and the team build-up will face India in Mohali on Tuesday.
And again, they will play in Nagpur following the final in Hyderabad after two days.
Following their tour in India, they will return home to host the West Indies in Queensland on October 5th and 7th.
