Due to cutthroat competitiveness and consumerist society, today’s youngsters are extremely stressed. Stress is a natural part of life, and it may even be beneficial at times. Stress might inspire you to push harder at your job or run the final mile of a marathon.

However, if you don’t manage your stress and it becomes chronic, it may negatively impact your employment, family life, and health.
