Conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar made explosive claims in his letter to Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on Tuesday
Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who was arrested by the Delhi Police in a Rs 200 crore highway robbery case, has confessed to giving Rs 10 crore as” protection plutocrat” to jugged Aam Aadmi Party minister Satyendar Jain. Chandrashekhar said in a letter to Delhi Governor VK Saxena that he has known the AAP leader since 2015.
Chandrashekhar’s handwritten letter transferred to Saxena through his counsel stated, “ After my arrest in 2017, I was lodged in Tihar Jail and was visited multiple times by Mr. Satyendar Jain, who held the portfolio of jail minister. In 2019 again, I was visited by Jain, whose clerk asked me to pay Rs 2 crore every month as a protection plutocrat and to get introductory installations inside the jail. ”
Delhi Health Minister and elderly Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendra Jain were also arrested in May this time. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate(ED) in a plutocrat laundering case linked to hawala deals of a Kolkata- grounded company. The companies allegedly cleaned plutocrats to the tune of Rs16.39 crore between 2010 and 2014.
Meanwhile, Chandrashekhar’s letter further revealed that an aggregate of Rs 50 crore was paid to AAP in exchange for a crucial party position in South India.
